UAE endurance team won the 160km Stars Challenge race

Another reason to be proud. Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum yesterday won the endurance horserace, run in Euston Park in the United Kingdom. H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Deputy Ruler and UAE Finance Minister attended the race. H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince, and Sheikh Saeed bin Maktoum Al Maktoum finished 2nd and 3rd respectively.
The race, run for 160 kilometres and competed by 75 riders from different countries, was held in preparation for the World Endurance Championship, to be held in the United States in September. – Emirates News Agency, WAM

Proud to say that Sheikh Shakhboot Bin Nahayan Al Nahayan won the first place in the category of under 18 years old well-deserved. He managed a raise the flag of the UAE. In a statement on this occasion he said that he is very pleased with his achievements during the tournament. ..

Emirati volunteers greet visitors with smiles

A campaign of 250 young Emirati men and women have volunteered to provide our visitors with assistance in completing the procedures of entry and guide them to places they want, therefore they differentiated them clothes which have the logo of Dubai Airports in blue color, and the are words manuscripts in Arabic and English «Can I help you». This phrase is what differentiate the volunteers for the rest of the staff.
These volunteers has been trained and given intensive courses from the training and development department at the airport. This is such an amazing campaign where we have Emiratis who can change and make the picture beautiful of the UAE, and to also reflect the great development witnessed by Dubai Airports across all services. Whats amazing is that the role is not limited to assistance, but also to show a good image of the UAE and Dubai in particular.
We are so proud of this move and in all sincerity and frankness happy with this voluntary work and more happy with this.

In 1968, with £70 in hand, Tony Elliott produced the first issue of Time Out London, dated August 12–September 2. From such humble beginnings—including listings for a concert of “music composed with and played by computer a museum exhibition titled “200 Years of Jigsaw Puzzles” and a “Meet the fuzz” section admitting there was “nothing much on” at that time in terms of protest marches (decidedly not the case in Chicago)—a global brand emerged. The referee stopped the fight and Hassan Al Rumaithi is victorious in his UAE debut with a TKO in 4:38 of the first round. Another Proud Achievement by an Emirati – well done Hassan you made us proud.
