Blaze in Plastic Warehouse

At around 10pm today a huge fire...

At around 10pm today a huge fire devoured a factory of plastic in Sharjah. The civil defense teams from Sharjah, Dubai and Ajman rushed to help put of the fire. Because was been windy today this was a reason why the fire reached the 6 warehouses behind “Sharjah City Center” where still the Civil Defense continue their efforts in fighting the blaze, which caused no casualties so far.

Sharjah: A massive fire broke out in the evening on Sunday at a plastic manufacturing factory in the Industrial Area No 5, behind Sharjah City Centre. Civil Defence rushed to battle the flames and officials are still at the scene.

Blaze in United Foods plant near Safa Park

No-one is believed to have been injured...

No-one is believed to have been injured in the blaze at the United Foods plant near Safa Park which started at around 2.30am. Smoke could be seen billowing from Shaikh Zayed Road during rush hour, but the incident didn’t cause any major traffic problems.

Two fires erupted near Abu Dhabi Mall

Today at around 10 am two fires...

Today at around 10 am two fires erupted in mid-rise residential buildings in the Tourist Club Area near Abu Dhabi Mall. Only one person has been injured in the fire, who was taken to hospital in an ambulance. The blaze was extinguished about 1pm but firefighters could be seen inside on the eighth floor working on hot spots. The smaller fire, in a 12-storey building, was extinguished at about noon and people could be seen returning to the building.

Massive blaze in Ras al Khor

Number of fire incidents is alarmingly increasing around us. Today 11:35 AM this morning a huge clouds of smoke could be seen billowing from the Ras Al Khor industrial area as fire spread through a 5 warehouses. No causalities reported!

Spotted: Ambulances and fire engines from Ras al Khaimah were seen speeding towards Dubai.
