كل عطلة في البلاد تشعل النار في مسألة التفاوت بين الأعياد في القطاعين العام والخاص. وقد اتخذت? دولتين من دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي خطوات ترمي إلى تحقيق المساواة في العطل. ان المساواة بين العطل في القطاعين العام والخاص? ليس شيئا جديدا في المنطقة ، ويمكن أن ينظر في دولة الإمارات أيضا. ما هي أفكارك حول هذا الموضوع…. ؟
Every public holiday in the country tends to rake up the issue of disparity between public and private sector holidays. Two GCC countries have already taken steps aimed at bringing the private sector holidays at par with the public sector holidays. Bringing public and private sector holidays at a par is not something new in the region and could be considered by the UAE as well. I think it a good idea to unify the holidays for both sectors for two reasons, first for achieving equality between citizens, second for enabling families to make full use of the holiday, specially those families who has members working in both sectors
