“Be Loyal, Be Faithful.”

The fifth Annual Forum of Dubai Municipality Training Centre 2010 was opened Tuesday under the slogan, “Be Loyal, Be Faithful.” Hussain Nasser Lootah, Director-General of Dubai Municipality, opened the two-day event. Lootah said the slogan of the forum mirrors the leadership’s keenness to highlight the importance of developing strong and capable human resources.

“There is no giving and faithfulness without real loyalty and the first and main point is the employee, the human being,” he said.

While at the opening Lieutenant General Dahi Khalfan Tamim, Dubai Police Chief, who was the chief guest in the opening session, gave a presentation under the title “organisational loyalty”. Lectures were also given by Dr Mansour Al Awar, President of the Hamdan Bin Mohammad e-University, and Mohammad Abdul Karim Julfar, Assistant Director-General of Dubai Municipality for Corporate Support Services Sector.
