A young Emirati woman Samar Badri in the first Khaleeji who has been on international TV and has her cooking show where she prepares traditional Khaleeji and Persian dishes (Fatafeat channel presented her) Samar’s father is a UAE national and her mother is an Iranian and that added the two delicious flavors to her recipes. Samar Badri has made strides in showing her passion of cooking merging both flavors of UAE’s earlier period and present cooks.
As she Samar stated “I spent most of my childhood in my mother’s kitchen, where my love of food first started.
