- A public apology by Mina A’Salam and Jumeirah International that is seen and heard by the general public through means of media or at a public event solely dedicated for our incident (as we were publicly humiliated repetitively) that explicitly states our names
- Disciplinary action is taken against the two security officers who abused their authority
- Evidence is presented to the general public that such a situation will never recur (through staff education, proper escalation of crises, and cultural awareness)
- A public apology from the staff at the final game
- A police escort expelling the two security officers of the tent
- Us pointing and yelling out to the security officers as they leave
- A table to compensate us for all the interruptions
- Free stay at Madinat Jumeirah suites
- Free table as guests of Jumeirah at the tent for the final game
- The company of Mr. Sakr and his time at the game

Thanks to all who commented, because the author of this post asked us to post this for awareness we decided to close the comments, but let us clarify something. Although it sounds like an Emirati vs non Emirati incident, thats not what it is and all reference to nationality is irrelevant at this point so long as the hotel chain ensure that the people who have been wrongfully harassed by the hotel staff are compensated by A. an apology and B. by reprimanding those who insulted them. As it is the sensitivity issues in this country are far and beyond and we’re getting people against us as opposed to with us and all reference to the actual incident has gone because everyone is focusing on Emirati vs. Non Emirati
We are against such actions whether it happens to Emiratis and Non-Emiratis and we have shown that when we posted a post about the blog that posted the racist post about the Indian crash. No one was disappointed there but when we highlighted something that happened to Emiratis all is upset!
There is nothing wrong with posting this post and if you find it upsetting by all means you are free to do whatever you want to do. This happened to Emiratis and was published and promoted as Emirati pride/dignity which is not wrong. It time for people to accept it and stop playing the race card.
Thank you all appreciate your passing by …
